Questions and Answers

 

Passports

  • Passports need to be valid for 6 months after return date of travel.
  • You need a minimum of 2 blank pages in your passport – this excludes the page for your visa, should you require one.
  • A copy of your passport needs to be sent to Pink Mosquito Solutions.
  • You are encouraged to apply for your passport timeously.

Registration

  • You need to complete the online registration as per the deadline stipulated which will confirm your attendance of the Incentive/Conference/Event.
  • Kindly complete all details and ensure that they are accurate including medical conditions – all private information will be kept confidential.

Flights

  • The choice of airline is based on fares, connections & travelling time.
  • All groups will travel economy class.
  • In the event that you would prefer to upgrade to business class, please contact Pink Mosquito Solutions once you have registered. This will be for your own account.
  • Business class upgrades can only be actioned once full payment is received – quotes only valid for 48 hours.

Accommodation

  • The choice of hotels are based on rates, location & facilities
  • Accommodation is based on twin sharing.
  • Should you prefer a single room, dependant on availability, this can be arranged through Company X. The additional cost will be for your own account.
  • Your single room upgrade can only be actioned once full payment is received – quotes only valid for 48 hours.

Visas

  • Visas are the responsibility of the student.
  • Should you be a foreign passport holder we suggest you research the visa requirements and understand the visa process before selecting your destinations.  The processing time for your visa may be considerably longer than SA Passport holders.
  • Visa requirements will be sent to you by Company X.
  • You are encouraged to apply for your visas timeously.
  • In the event your application for a visa is unsuccessful due to planning on your side and you are unable to travel, you will still be responsible for the cancellation fees thereof as well as the full cost of the new allocated destination (if possible).
  • Any applicable costs of a visa will be for your own account.

Vaccinations

  • Vaccinations are required for specific countries – it is imperative that this is administered within the suggested time frames as per country.
  • In need, it is also suggested that you contact your GP for further advice.
  • Any applicable costs for vaccinations will be for your own account.

Inclusions

  • Flights (ex Johannesburg) , accommodation, insurance, transfers, meals as per programme, excursions, gratuities & guides are included.
  • All personal expenses i.e. drinks, laundry, telephone calls, mini bar, etc are for your personal account.

Breakaways & Extensions

  • All extensions are dictated by the airline – seats are limited and differ per airline, dependant on the regulations. This will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
  • Breaking away from the group may only be done at the end of the programme, and you need to plan arrangements after the programme is completed.
  • Should there be a need that you have to travel before the group, authority needs to be signed off by Company X.
  • The admin fee will have to be paid within 72 hrs on receipt of invoice.
  • Partners may only join at the end of the programme.
  • Note there are a maximum number of Breakaways permitted per destination.
  • The Global Module fee needs to be settled in full to GIBS by due date specified on invoice.
